A procession of animals—everything from dogs and cats to unique pets—are invited to All Saints Episcopal Church in Fort Lauderdale for the annual service of the Blessing of the Animals on Saturday, October 9, at 11:00 a.m. Saint Francis of Assisi, whose feast day is celebrated on October 4, is the patron saint of animals which makes this the traditional time of the year for pet blessings. This service is a great time to gather together, honor and give thanks for our animal friends. Mother Leslie and Father Carl will offer blessings to those animals present during the worship. 

We ask that all animals either be on a leash or in a cage of some type. All pets are welcomed. In keeping with the current pandemic guidelines at All Saints, all (human) worshipers are asked to wear masks at all times.
