2024 Annual Parish Meeting Eligibility Requirements

All Saints Episcopal Church, Fort Lauderdale will hold our Annual Parish Meeting on Sunday, February 4, 2024 during the 9:30 AM service.

NOTE: There will only be one service on this day.  Registration will begin at 8:15 AM in the Narthex.

Annual Parish Meeting Voting Requirements

To be eligible to have voice and vote at the annual meeting, according to the bylaws of our parish, all of the following conditions must be met:

1. You must be an active, confirmed member of the Parish, with your official membership residing at All Saints Episcopal Church, and be “regular in their attendance at services.” Given the virtual format of our services in the pandemic, we will assume these active members meeting the other requirements are attending livestream worship services on some regular basis.
2. You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
3. You must be a Pledging (2023) member of record to the Parish OR have made a stated monetary contribution of record to the Parish [within the past twelve (12) months].
