Every season has its time and now is the season for learning. We are continuing to use the engaging curriculum from Virginia Theological Seminary that is set to follow our church calendar. It provides the youth attending with a rich foundation of our church history and culture. After Sunday school ends, the youth rejoin the liturgy in the church at the offertory by carrying the food offering to the altar.
We are still looking for several more hands as a teacher or assistants, so if you are interested in helping us teach our youth about the love and teachings of Jesus, please email Yvonne Meyerson for more information.
… but Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.”
The All Saints Youth Program events are planned through out the year and will be announced as they occur.
We welcome our youth to participate as acolytes, torch bearers, crucifers, thurifers, and assist with our Sunday School classes.
The youth are invited to participate in Diocesan youth events, Kanuga Youth Conference, fundraising opportunities to attend trips and mission trips. Scholarships are available for those who need help, however youth are expected to help in fundraising efforts throughout the year to be considered.
If you have questions about any of these programs, please contact the church office.
