With so much going on in the parish, we’ve decided to hold regular Town Hall meetings, primarily via Zoom.  Zoom allows a greater number of parish members to join in and participate.  These meetings will be scheduled during the next year or so, probably on a quarterly basis.

The main topics for the Town Hall will be to provide updates about the on-going process Vestry is taking related to the transition to a new Rector.  The Town Hall will be used to keep you updated on our process and progress. In addition, we plan to update the parish on important activities within our parish community, and to report routinely on the results of the Stewardship Campaign and financial performance.

The first Town Hall meeting for 2024 will be held on Wednesday, May 15 at 6:30pm. This is an especially important town hall. The Wardens, Vestry, Treasurer and Mother Leslie will talk about the nuts and bolts of the transition and outline the plans for the months after Mother Leslie’s departure. You’ll hear more about the role of the diocese and the bishop as well as how parishioners can be involved in keeping our ministries active. There will also be time for Q&A. We urge parishioners to join us for this conversation.
