All Saints Gift Acceptance Policy

All Saints is thankful to have the support of our parishioners, vestry, staff and the greater community.  We are truly blessed as a parish community that you are so generous with your time, talents and treasures.

We regularly receive cash and related gifts that support our general fund, specific projects, our ministries and/or our endowment, among others.  We also receive food donations that we share with those who are less fortunate.  There are also times that we will reach out to everyone with a specific request to consider supporting a particular ministry or need.

We do need, however, to address how to handle other gifts that do not meet the above criteria, such as donations of furniture, clothing, and/or other miscellaneous items.  While we appreciate the gesture, many times the items donated do not fit our current needs or the ministries that we support.  We do not have extra storage space available to store items, and we have at times had to pay to dispose of well-meaning donations.  Going forward, if you have an item or items (non-cash related) that you wish to donate to All Saints, please first send a request with detailed information to the Senior Warden at Srwarden@allsaintsfl.org.  He/she will then review the donation request and let you know if it’s something that we can accept and use.    Please do not drop any donated items at the church, or the office until you have the approval to do so.  Thank you.
