- This plugin creates a “Task” and allows you to create multiple “What” tasks you want and assign the “# of Spots” available for each of the “What”s
- The visitor can then view the list on the web page and sign up for each.
- The visitor does not need to sign into the site to use the sheet.
- I would recommend having the page set to Password Protected, assign a password to access so that it doesn’t get spammed.
- The list on the page updates to show who signed up for what.
- People who sign up are notified by email.
- The plugin does not keep a record of the signups in the admin area.
